- WatchGuard Endpoint Security Fundamentals: Learn how to secure endpoints via WatchGuard Cloud, how Endpoint Security protects against threats, how to configure and deploy the WatchGuard Agent, how to monitor your account, and much more
- 3 hours of video training are required as a prerequisite; the course takes the form of hands-on labs
- Technical certification in Endpoint Security for all participants—no exam required

C. Network Security Troubleshooting & Advanced Topics
Maximum of 15 participants per course
- Recommended for participants who have already earned the WatchGuard Network Security technical certification (if you do not yet hold this certification but would still like to participate in this track, please contact us to request an exception)
- Best practices for hardening and configuring network defenses, as well as troubleshooting tips and tricks
- Introduction to ThreatSync, NDR, and FireCloud
- The hands-on labs focus on Fireboxes managed in the WatchGuard Cloud; however, discussions and Q&A sessions will also cover on-premises Firebox management. Lab highlights:
- Migrating Fireboxes from on-premises management to cloud management, including setting up security services and firewall policies, as well as importing BOVPNs
- Using templates to simplify the setup and management of multiple Fireboxes
- Setting up users with Directory Sync
- Troubleshooting authentication issues in WatchGuard Cloud
- Firebox diagnostics using Live Status and the Diagnostic Snapshot file
- Troubleshooting BOVPNs
